| “ | I never really knew them, I got dropped off when I was a baby. I mean, I guess they must've known the sisters if they put me there, but I don't remember them. Just what I picked up. They mentioned my mother a bit, before they realized that they should watch what they say about me. I think they said something about her being a goddess? Which obviously wouldn't be true, she must've been some sort of spirit, but she must've been something if I ended up looking like this. | „ |

History[]
Foundation custody[]
When Epon was around twelve years of age a visitor of the Our Lady of Mercy Convent witnessed Epon's abnormal appearance they immediately reported to the authorities which caused the Foundation to discover her. After making an agreement with Clef they safely got the girl and specially modified an area to suit Epon's unique physiological needs.
While under the custody of Majestic 12 she was granted almost all of the items she requested, including access to a Catholic priest, Chaplain Davis, for various sacraments. After four years under containment on her sixteenth birthday Clef managed to slip a letter to Epon in which he described how he loved her mother but was forced to kill her and told her that he loved her and apologized for leaving her at the hands of the Foundation. At some point Epon was cross-tested with Atanti-ql-Paneu in one of numerous attempts at killing the monster. Upon putting her inside Atanti's chamber the monster tried to kill her but became afflicted by her powers and soon his body was partially destroyed as a myriad of plant life grew over him. However, Atanti was able to regenerate from this as usual, despite a massive tree growing from his back and partially destroying the ceiling, at which point Epon was taken out of the chamber. Eventually after numerous years had passed Epon was transferred to Site-17 where she became a neighbor with Cybie.
Not with a Whimper but with a Bang[]
As the world was starting to slowly die off, Epon became incoherent and began prophesying about the End Times and the Second Coming before dying from malnutrition.
Myths and Legends[]
SCP-166 is a fictional character created by Ross Fisher-Davis and eventually rewritten by DrClef and Cerastes for the SCP wiki, therefore it is licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0. She was originally a Succubus-like girl who was unable to wear clothes due to skin irritation, needed to eat men's semen for sustenance and had the cognitohazardous effect of making any men who looked at her become obsessed with having intercourse with her. This was before the article was rewritten by DrClef and tied her with the character of Clef. The article was then completely rewritten by Cerastes into the current version since the sexual nature regarding an underage girl caused several issues.

Trivia[]
- Epon's power to destroy artificial constructs such as technology and revert them into a state from the Neolithic period, ties with the nature of her father Zalgo as he is the embodiment of the conflict between the premodern and modern worlds. Epon's power to grow plant life could also tie to the Zalgo's worshipers the Daevites as they were notorious herbomancers and horticulturalists.
