Honestly, Saklas is a sinister and demonic entity, considered the creator of human beings and a demonic angel of darkness. But whatever, I shouldn't expect less from an angel supposedly worshiped by Judas Iscariot.

Saklas is one of the false angels created by Yaldabaoth alongside the Archons to serve him. He is also the herald of Yaldabaoth in Human Realm.

Overview[]

Saklas is one of the false angels was created by Yaldabaoth, probably being the first angel created by him. Due to his enormous devotion to his father and creator, Saklas ended up becoming his right hand man and was put in charge of being the general of the troops of Yaldabaoth, which earned him the nickname "False Michael", for being basically a weaker copy of the angel Michael.

Appearance[]

Saklas appears in a human form similar to Michael but similar to his father, Yaldabaoth. It can be said that it is a "mixture" of the two. He has brown hair, deep blue eyes and wears more gothic clothes, but more dark blue.

Personality[]

Saklas is fully devoted to Yaldabaoth, being even more devout than Sabaoth before discovering that Yaldabaoth was a fake.

Saklas also doesn't carry the nickname of "Evil Michael" for nothing, as he, unlike Michael, is an agent of chaos, evil and injustice, not concerned with taking the lives of innocents or carrying out destruction of entire towns in the name of "true god".

Furthermore, he is a coward. Often afraid to face any true archangel who comes close to him face to face, including Michael himself.

Myths and Legends[]

In the Apocryphon of John c. AD 120–180, the second name of Yaltabaoth is Saklas ["fool"], and the third is Samael. And he is impious in his arrogance which is in him. For he said, 'I am God and there is no other God beside me,' for he is ignorant of his strength, the place from which he had come.

In the Apocrypha of Judas Iscariot, he is an angel emanating from the Great One to rule over chaos and the inferior world and the creator of humanity, alongside Yaldabaoth who is also called Nebro.

Quotes[]

Then Saklas spoke to his angels: "Let us make a human being according to form and according to image." They formed Adam and his wife Eve, who in the cloud is called Zoe. Through this name, all generations look for the man and each one calls the woman by this name.
Apocryph of Judas.
And from the cloud came an angel, from whose face flames flickered, and whose appearance was tainted with blood. His name was Nebro, which means rebel; others call it Yaldabaoth. Another angel, Saklas, also came out of that cloud. Nebro created six angels, as well as Saklas, to be servants, and these created twelve angels in heaven, from whom each received part of heaven.
